Welcome to Tree Tops, with its unique Panoramic views, across the valley of the River Lym and over the town of  Lyme Regis taking in the world famous Cobb, and out to sea over the English Channel where many varied craft are there to be seen and enjoyed.

The house of Overton was built just after the turn of the century since which time it has been altered only slightly to its present layout of rooms and gardens. There are two terraces, one in the front and one at the back which are smooth and flat for ease of use by all who wish to take the clean Dorset air. Most rooms have views of the sea, the Cobb and the Lym Valley. Other rooms look out on to the pleasant, well kept gardens.

All of the residents rooms have double glazed windows for their comfort. Every room has a thermostatically controlled radiator to allow each individual to have their room at the temperature of their choice, while the main lounge and dining rooms are kept at a suitable temperature for all to enjoy.

As many of the rooms at Tree Tops have en-suite facilities, there is less demand on the communal toilets, thus making life considerably easier for all concerned. Our rooms also have TV aerial point and personal call system. Many residents chose to have their own telephone thus keeping contact easily with their families and friends.  Stair-lifts are fitted between floors enabling all residents to have the freedom of the house. Level access on all floors with the exception of one step down into the bathroom on the second floor.
