Broadlands is situated in the tranquil village of Charmouth only 200 metres from the World Heritage Jurassic coastline and famous beach.  It is within easy walking distance of an award winning restaurant, cafes, pubs and local amenities.  Charmouth has a south facing beach & safe bathing waters and is internationally recognised as one of the finest fossil beaches in Europe.  There are regular organised walks from Charmouth Heritage Centre.

The coastal path, in view of Broadlands, rises to the east eventually overlooking the magnificent Golden Cap, so great walking territory.  Lyme Regis is situated 3 miles to the west with its historic harbour.  The market town of Bridport, famous for rope and net making is 6 miles to the east, both with additional restaurants and activities.  Bridport has a bustling Saturday market.  You will be warmly welcomed at Broadlands by Angela and Nick to discover this area of outstanding natural beauty.
