Our Bed and Breakfast is situated on the second floor above The Sanctuary Bookshop, in the very heart of Lyme Regis. The Sea is only a few yards away, just across the road. (Sea view from Dining, Sitting Room and Front room.) You may able to see the moon and dawn over the sea, if it's clear weather.  Your hosts Bob & Mariko hope you enjoy your holiday in the Pearl of Dorset.

We have 2 double rooms. But, an extra person from the same family/party is welcome to stay in a third smaller room, which has a small single bed.(not recommended for the very tall preson ) This third room has a TV and a desk, but no tea making tray. Our charge for this room is 10 pounds per night, for children under 15 years old, and 15 pounds for an adult.(Only when other two rooms are booked.)

No charge for the baby under 2 years old.

Each room comes with private bathroom, slipper bath & shower. Breakfast anytime included. Complimentary newspaper. Japanese breakfast if requested. Stay in all day if you wish. Long stay self catering in winter months. Child friendly. Four Long Stay Car Parks nearby, two-hour Council Car Park right beside us.

Breakfast is served here anytime before 10:00. CD,TV & Video equipment are free for you to enjoy. May be you would like to watch Jane Austen films or famous French Lieutenant's Woman based on Lyme? Many flims and children's video tapes available.
