the bedrooms, named after native trees, are individually designed and furnished, all have excellent mattresses, cotton bed linen with blankets and bedspreads; four of the bedrooms have extensive sea views and the fifth overlooks the rear garden

 

each of the bedrooms is provided with  a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, an ipod dock/ alarm clock and multi channel flatscreen tv dvd/cd player

the bathrooms

these have either steam shower cabinets, or steam shower/whirlpool baths and are supplied with ginseng and macadamia toiletries, fluffy white towels, slippers and luxurious bathrobes

the grounds

set in 2.5 acres of beautiful countryside on the borders of dorset and east devon in an designated area of natural beauty,  the house has an open aspect across fields to the sea at lyme regis, less than a mile away

 

the house itself has undergone extensive refurbishment to create luxurious accommodation for guests looking for a relaxing break, which we hope will leave them refreshed and de stressed

the guest lounge - this tranquil room has sea views and is ideal for reading, relaxing or chatting with other guests, in addition guests are welcome to use the first floor sun room

the garden

like the house the garden has undergone some re-modelling, and, like any garden, is still under development, guests are welcome to walk in the garden, but please take care as the ground maybe uneven

from the rear garden there are stunning sea views across open fields to the sea at lyme regis which get better the further up the garden you go, at the top of the garden is a summerhouse so you can relax before the much easier down hill walk!!

in order to maintain the relaxing atmosphere we do

not cater for those under 18 years of age

 

 

both the house and the grounds are completely no smoking

the   garden terrace

at the rear of the house with views out to the sea at lyme regis, with it's large communal table, is used for continental breakfasts in fine weather

there are sun loungers  and a canopied sofa to relax on

hot tub - with sea views this is available for guests to use at their own risk                         please observe the safety notices
