the garden like the house the garden has undergone some re-modelling, and, like any garden, is still under development, guests are welcome to walk in the garden, but please take care as the ground maybe uneven from the rear garden there are stunning sea views across open fields to the sea at lyme regis which get better the further up the garden you go, at the top of the garden is a summerhouse so you can relax before the much easier down hill walk!! |

in order to maintain the relaxing atmosphere we do not cater for those under 18 years of age
both the house and the grounds are completely no smoking

the garden terrace at the rear of the house with views out to the sea at lyme regis, with it's large communal table, is used for continental breakfasts in fine weather there are sun loungers and a canopied sofa to relax on |
